Q) How long will my order take to be delivered?
Once dispatched, your order will take 1-3 days to be delivered, however please check the availability times, as many products are made to order, and can take upto 5 weeks in some circumstances. Please check the product you are purchasing for more details about its availability and lead times.
Q) Where do we deliver to?
We deliver to most addresses in the United Kingdom, however some addresses will be subject to additional surcharges such as the Scottish Highlands, Off Shore Islands and Northern Ireland. Please read our Shipping Information for more details about where we deliver and associated charges.
Q) What if I have a problem with my order?
If you have a problem with an order, please get in touch as soon as possible, either by calling 0113 384 8777 or sending us an email directly from our website. If you wish to return a product please get in touch or alternatively raise a returns request by logging into your account.
Q) What payment types do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, apart from American Express. We do not charge a credit card surcharge on orders, and delivery is free is you spend £150 + vat or more. To read more about our payments types, click here
Q) Your website states Free Delivery, why isn't it showing in my basket?
Free delivery only applies to orders over £150 + vat and to certain locations in the UK. Some areas such as the Scottish Highlands, Off Shore Islands and Northern Ireland will attract a surcharge.
Q) How do I submit a return request?
To submit a return request, please log into your account. Once logged in, click on the Orders Tab, then click on the order you wish to raise a return against. Once you're viewing the correct order, navigate to the products - you should see a "Return Product" button for each product line you have ordered. Click this button and follow the instructions on the screen.
Q) Do you offer quantity discounts?
Yes we do, please don't hesitate to get in touch and we'll be glad to help out with some bespoke pricing for larger orders
